PAYING FOR YOUR PRINTS
Items can be paid for using Paypal, the established global payments system which provides businesses and individuals with a secure method to pay or get paid.
When you add an item to your order through the website, you will automatically be transferred to the secure Paypal website to complete your purchase. If you already have a Paypal account, you can use that to pay for your goods. If you don't have a Paypal account you can either create one (which is a quick and easy process), or alternatively you can pay using a standard credit or debit card.
If you wish to pay by cheque or alternative methods, please e-mail Elvis to make arrangements.

OTHER CURRENCIES
All prints are priced in GB Pounds but a converter is available as a guide for other common worldwide currencies including US Dollars and Euros.

DELIVERY
A standard £10 delivery charge will be made for all orders.
To avoid any damage, prints are sent unmounted in a STRONG postal tube.
Each order can be tracked & requires signature upon deliverY.
Please allow 28 days for delivery as items are printed individually and may not be in stock at time of ordering. We endeavour to process orders immediately and should you require urgent delivery please email us. In the unlikely event of a print being out of stock we will let you know and give you an expected delivery date.

TAX
If ordering from outside the UK, it is possible that your purchase will be liable to import taxes or duties. In such instances, any costs must be met by the buyer.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase a refund of the purchase price less £10 shipping and handling costs may be effected. The refund is conditional on the print being returned in its original state and packaging within 20 days of its original shipping date.
Return the print(s) to us, using the same postal tube in which your order was sent to you. You will then have your payment refunded via the same payment method used to place your order less £10 shipping costs. The returned print(s) must be in perfect condition and you have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Please also ensure that the package is tracked so that return receipt can be confirmed.
Should an item become sold out a full refund will also be effected if necessary.

PRIVACY
The only information we receive from you will be your e-mail address. This will not be used for any purposes other than in the process of your transaction. We do not pass on your details to other companies in full accordance with the Data Protection Act of1998.

 

ORIGINAL CANVASES
